Hi Algo, Tweaks, Razer Game Booster, Skyrim Stutter Fix, Background Fps Booster, Skyrim Texture optimizer or something and few performance d3d9.dll. High settings, no anti-alias, 4x anisotrophic filtering, 1152x864 resolution and shadows on medium (but view distance on Ultra)
