I've been taking University courses to become a teacher, actually.

What are you going to teach?

And which subject will you teach it?

Yoooooooooo ;)

I've been taking University courses to become a teacher, actually. But I wasn't ever that busy, I just kinda stopped feeling the urge to visit this site until I randomly remembered you guys and wanted to check up on you. I play a lot of League of Legends these days, heh.

This is also important. I feel like Snowy hasn't visited in far too long.

I'm going to be teaching high-school students English, Social Studies, and have a Creative Writing group on the side if I can :o
What are you doing in the schoolings area? I remember you were looking at universities a while ago but I never knew what you actually got into.

I'm living in my own house with my brother and his girlfriend these days. It's my parent's old house and they're paying a small portion of the mortgage, so between the three of us it's $300 dollars including utilities a month, for a big and comfortable house. I'm enjoying the freedom.
Snowy moved to Saskatoon quite a while ago with some of her friends. She probably just doesn't feel like visiting, just like I didn't. It looks like she's having a good life out there though :o

Sounds fun. Are you still writing novels these days too?

I finished my undergraduate degree earlier this year and I've now started a masters in philosophy at St Andrews in Scotland. If it all goes to plan I'll be starting a PhD next year. Ultimately I could easily end up teaching, but I'd rather be lecturing because I don't like kids.

I was writing a novel, but when Snowy moved I lost my writing buddy and I haven't actually felt like working on it lately. It has maybe 20-some thousand words to it and I actually like it quite a bit, but novel writing is so much work! :(
I like that you're getting into the teaching area too. Although I personally prefer classrooms over lecture halls because then I can get to know the students more, and one of the things I'm looking forward to with teaching is seeing all the different kinds of kids and learning a bit about their lives. No homo.

It's not Abe, silly billy! This man is a random person, proudly staring at an angry woman's breasts as they charge into the courthouse during the French Revolution.

Could've sworn it was Abe.
