I always felt Honourable Members should have been allowed to retain their powers. They get replaced by people who will be active and they can do a little bit of casual cleaning when they feel like it, and if they abuse it then they're no longer honourable.

I may or may not have implemented that for a while. I probably wouldn't have told anyone if I did and I cannot remember for the life of me.
