Am I the only atheist here who actually respects other peoples religious views? Why does it matter whether someone else's views are 'real' or not? I dont think any of the religions are true, I wouldn't call them fake. A religion doesn't need to be true to be real. Star Wars was made up, but it's still a real thing is it not? Albeit the burden of proof is on them, but just saying that all religions are false and Atheism is the only 'right' way is just as ignorant as anyone else who says their own religion is the correct one.

But it's been this way for ages, man. The Middle East has never been at peace, man, and it's fucking irritating that people preach that it's a religion of peace, and then you turn the news on and camelfuckers are the only people cutting peoples' heads off on TV.

I just say it's fake because it makes them mad, and I like that.

Nope. I won't deny that some Christians can be idiots, though. But I doubt every religion has people like that.

All DP is saying is that religions exist and Islam is one of them. i. e. it's a real religion. But nothing that the religion says is true. I think we all agree with each other.

There can be radicals from every religion. All it takes is a few people to twist the teachings around to fit their goals, and you got a war in the name of religion, even though it has nothing to do with it at all. It's more common in the middle east because they are in a constant state of conflict, and religion is just used as a weapon at this point.
