If you are telling the truth, you can set ground rules for your brother if he ever accesses your account. Try changing the password if he enjoys using your account to troll, etc.
Now, I also respect the fact that your father is older than you and sets the rules for you and your family (Which gives me doubts about how old you are), but private stuff, is private stuff.
