I'm pretty sure Hewitt is her surname, but everyone calls her by that rather than her first name. I've had to stop myself from calling her 'Hewwy' a few times and the prospect of that slipping through one day terrifies me.

I'm not quite so glamorous myself, but things are great right now :) Sounds like you're doing pretty well too. Since the last time we talked I:
-Did a year of university
-Dropped out because racking up tens of thousands of dollars of debt for a degree that I might not even be able to find work for was too risky for me.
-Moved to Alberta, did a year of oilfield work. Spilled a few thousand gallons of diesel fuel (funny story) and got fired
-Went skiing at Banff and went to a few other fantastic places
-Found work as a Night Auditor at a nice hotel where the work's not stressful and I can browse Stickpage while everyone sleeps
-Moving to British Columbia in a few weeks to move in with Alex. It's beautiful there.

Alex is doing good too. So is everyone else. There's been crappy times but right now is a moment of good times and I'm enjoying it.
