He's using his car, gas, paying the insurance on his car as well as adding wear and tear on it to work a minimum paying job to bring you food at your convenience, the least you could do is try to adjust your order to leave extra room for a tip, or scrape together what you can to provide a tip. Sure not everyone can afford to every time, and it sucks because companies are charging delivery fees now that don't even go to the driver as a tip. At the very least you should always be curtious and apologize for not being able to provide a tip. There's a high possibility he doesn't want to deliver to you in the same way that you don't want him to anymore because he knows you're not going to tip him. It works both ways, dude.
