hey can you guys help me out with something?

i have this japanese project where i have to do short questionnaire, and the more response data i can get, the better.

All good on the eastern front. Started on a gym program I wrote myself and I'm now following a proper diet. My arms hurt from it, so thats great. How about you, cook?
