Grip strength is actually something I have been having a bit of problem with, and since it's such a major part in rugby (Specifically in lineups where I lift a person from behind with my hands and forearms), I'm almost tempted to join the local rock climbing club in my school. For now I've been timing myself with how long I can hold dumbbells and doing four sets of that length, circa 1-2 minute break between. Current record is one minute with 18 kilos. There's no need to feel ashamed for doing it specifically for health reasons, hell, it's good that you do it for your health. A healthy body is a good way of keeping yourself happy.


tfw when you don't know how much fat you have in your body, so you just want to make sure to consume it just right or else it just keeps storing in your abs. Hence abs exercises are the hardest of all.

Your school have a rock climbing club? Lucky. I have to drive 30 mins to the nearest rock climbing gym if I want to climb. So sometimes I become so lazy that I feel like skipping it and ruining my whole entire routine. And that I have to come ahead of time to beat out the traffic as well. Gotta take advantages of what you have man. It's fresh af after you realize how much stronger you get over the months. And it extremely helps with rugby as well, so consider it as an option.

Going gud, even though lately I've been getting less sleep than usual. Trying to gradually get less sleep each day so I can do more stuff in a day than last year.

Meh. Bought some decongestant syrup because my sinuses are giving me hell. I've gotten the name brand before -- a nice lemon honey flavor -- but decided to go with store brand because it's a ton cheaper.

Unfortunately I failed to realize that store brand decongestant syrup is manufactured in Battery Acid Flavor.

Otherwise, things are pretty good. Stressing out about a couple of matters IRL that I REALLY want to happen, but nothing that will kill me if it doesn't, so...yeah. I be gud.

I've been hitting DeviantArt a lot recently, since I just started posting stuff there as of the past few days. G+ is usually good for laughs. I do a lot of YouTube, but aside from music I pretty much only do it for CinemaSins, which is my guide to what movies to watch, and which to avoid (as well as a ton of humor). BLR (Bad Lip Reading) is fun too when the post stuff.

Otherwise...I don't browse much. I mean, aside from shopping and a bit of generic news, I just don't do much on websites.

I cant stand to watch cinemasins anymore. He used to be more objective, but now it's all mostly minor subjective stuff being called "sins" and overly long videos. I more enjoyed his older stuff
