Depends on if you upgrade or clean install.

Upgrade = Yes, all it is it removing the OTHER operating system and REPLACING it with W7.

Install = NO, it completely formats your drive and keeps all of your DOCUMENTS in a folder called Windows.old on your C:\ Drive.

Install means I've gotten it online and am installing the system?
So my flash cs3 will still work? because I need this copy. It was free from the school I went to and pirating NEVER works for me because I'm a dipshit.
