A couple mexicans i worked with took me to an authentic mexican food place when we were doing a water tower in Nebraska. I ordered a taco, and the lady asked what i wanted on it and i was like "uh... beef... and cheese..." and all the mexicans in the restaurant laughed at me! And then i spent the rest of the night on the toilet at the truck stop.
