No it is bullshit. If it's as terrible as that boy makes it out to be then there is a legitimate crime being committed by abduction and breaking someone of their individual and constitutional rights. And if that is the case he would be reporting it to the authorities and spreading the word via people he once knew. Obviously someone would have noticed his sudden absence for a year.

I can understand religious schools being abusive. But this guy states that they came and kidnapped him from his own where everyone he knew could no longer see him and cut contact with everything. And then forced him abusively into a style of life and basically jailed him for 2 years.
