I miss high school sometimes. It's so much harder to meet girls at university. One of my units this year is 'Valuing Language', I am basically the only guy in the class. That always helps (even though it's only once a week).

well, because i'm at a school for natural therapies, you can imagine that there's a substantial number of girls/women there. in fact, i'm one of maybe 3(?) guys in our entire class for traditional chinese medicine. there's a lot of middle aged ladies (not my type), but the ones around my age are all girls who are free-spirited and health/enlightenment seekers. there's a significant portion of obvious trippers also. options are pretty open haha

i won't miss high school at all. i didn't like (the majority of) the people there and didn't learn anything. i was mind-numbingly bored because i had no interest in what was being taught, and was so far ahead of all my classes already anyway. for me, it was some combination of "day care for adolescents" and "conditioning to work in an environment you hate for the rest of your life while bending to authority and not complaining"

I'm also done with High school now. I'm going to study Molecular life sciences at Wageningen university. (no I can't explain what it is)

I didn't like it for a lot of the same reasons, but one other problem I had was that the teachers seemed to not care about their subject, not know anything about it, or both. My last math teacher was openly incompetent.
