Since there a no limiter on type or color of lightbulb, I'd go to a skyscraper (likely in New York), secretly install them in window rooms, and when all turned on, there'd be a replica of Nic Cage's face, as he is beloved by all Internet denizens.

I'd then overload the circuits so they all exploded, because fuck Nic Cage, I wanna see the mofo blow up just like his ego.

I'd sell them.

I'd have an engineer make a electricity generating sphere that can plug all these bulbs into so that it lights up to be a massive 10,000 bulb ball. I will roll it around the world, brightening everyone's day with the artificial sun.

Then cause it to explode with the built in nuclear reactor inside to simulate a supernova that could end all life.

Get on top of a building and begin to throw it to people, cars, cops, and others buildings.

I'd spend the next 5 months to build a giant "I LOVE U" sign. It will be so huge that you can see it with Google Earth. By the time I've finished my sign, my SO has moved out of town. I'd make a call so we could stare longingly at Google Earth together, and hope with all my heart that my SO could feel the warmth of my love (and lightbulbs).
