This is so me sometimes. Feels like a cat when moving it to identify nearby noise or express shocks XD
I can also feel a little vibration or breeze from my ears when I'm feeling anxious, sort of thing which might be rather general.

RPG Maker is a fun tool. There's plenty of stuff for people who want to make games without scripting :p
