I don't mind SM or TohKay, but his self-righteous attitude always turns me off from his music. I don't know if that's just me. I like his voice and the instrumentation fits well, but idk. The lyrics are so self-absorbed in this quasi-profound way that I just can't get into them more.

I started listening to TohKay on and off a lot more recently tho. Dude's got a nice voice.

I love streetlight manifesto. Though I mosty listen for the flamboyant music rather than the lyrics. Though the ''the hands that thieve'' songs are slower so they give you more time to appreciate their lyrics. And I like that. Kalnoky aka Toh Kay however is more shouty in his streetlight manifesto songs and someone could find it kind of unappealing. I have no problem with that though.

I always found his lyrics super relatable...

He will be missed. Kind of cheesy to say this, but although Bowie is dead, his music is immortal.

as much as I try, I can't seem to think of you as someone sophisticated enough to be listening to music that isn't EDM.
