"Wh-what? Who are you?"

Adrian straightens himself into his bed, and looks around the room, passively confused.

Veeran looked at the doctor. Veeran smiled.

"Our friend here has a history of panicking, doctor. Like that time he had mass hallucinations of the people who he worked for telling him to do some nasty, nasty things to this city. What were those visions again, Adrian? I'm sure the doctor would love to know."

Adrian narrowed his eyes at Veeran, and then the doctor. He looked at Veeran, and a mischievous glint crossed his eyes.

"Oh those, you know, the usual 'burning the town' type stuff, you know how it is. Working for a chemlab isn't always fun."
Adrian smiled and rubbed his chin, his second hand moving down his torso. Eventually, Adrian noticed a wound in his body, but his change in posture was so limited that only Veeran could tell.

"You're a crafty man, very, very crafty. But if you have half a brain, and I'm sure you do have one, you would know that you..."

Veeran narrowed his eyes and spoke firmly.

"...that you are FUCKED, my good sir. Unless you do as we ask. Your bosses have killed too many children, turned too much of a blind eye. That stops now, and it stops with you. Do you FUCKING understand?"

OOC: I am invoking my full charisma and sailor cursing skill on this.

The man is paralyzed with fear, and backs himself into his headboard.

the doctor, however, turns to Veeran.
"Veeran, what the fuck?"

Jy watched and he knew that Veeran wouldn't be able to interrogate Adrian effectively as long as the doctor was there to question Veeran's actions and mood. He had to do something, he wasn't a very good talker, so he didn't think he could get him out of the room by talking, but he might have a way. The man was the head doctor so if an emergency happened, he would have to respond wouldn't he? Jy felt guilty with the prospect of having to sabotage someone else's life but they had a mission they could not afford to fail. He walked out of the room and first made his way to a break room where he swiped a white coat and rubber gloves. Then donning it on, he walked around until he found a room with a person sleeping in a bed. He paced up and observed the machine the patient was hooked up to and picked up the clipboard attached to the front of the bed. He scanned the contents then walked up to the machine. It was used to dispense morphine after a surgery slowly and steadily to relax the patient, and the man had just undergone bypass. Unhooking the panel, Jy fiddled with the knobs and switches, changing the amount of morphine by leaps and bounds to cause a dangerous dosage mix. The machine began beeping and he knew it was time to leave. He closed the panel and walked away quickly, ditching the coat on a chair as he made his way to the bathroom. He dumped the gloves in the trash can, wrapping them up in paper towels.

"Jesus F Christ"
The Doctor looks down at his pager and shoots Adrian one last glare, before leveling his view at the group.
"What the fuck is happening here."

What you did is forcing the Doctor out of the room, and on his way out he's demanding a quick explanation versus a long interview about what's happening.

"Don't worry, Doctor. We won't do anything rash till you get back."

Veeran smiled.

The Doctor looks at Veeran, and then at Adrian.
"Jesus Christ. I'll be right back, don't do anything stupid. And don't you fucking move."

Once the doctor left the room, Adrian shifted nervously in his gurney, and shot the group a frustrated glare
"Who the fuck are you people? What is this fucking dump?"

"We're your last hope at life. This is a hospital that was screwed over by your bosses."
