OOC: Peter might not be kind to us? That has to be a joke seeing how hes the one who saddled us with the fuck-up pickpocket who almost got us killed. If anything, Veeran is REALLY looking forward to having a little chat with Peter, hopefully with the others (especially Roth, Jy and Victoria) backing him up.

I'm going to keep quiet until ALL my team mates chip in with their two cents on what we should do with Adrian.

OOC, I think it'd be best to ask him about what exactly he's being promised, and get some solid figures on the money he's been passing on to Tolemsky. Aside from that, it'd also be nice to get a general idea of who all is in the PAC, who their potential partners are (PAC-wise) to get a general idea of just who all is supporting Tolemsky, and any potential dirt he has on Tolemsky himself.

IC, Cal had absolutely nothing to say in the situation, because it's far out of his field of comfort or expertise. He wasn't built for it, and I won't try to play him to be something he's not. He's not a radical, he's a guy who has some skills that can get him information others might not be able to, and overall is a good ally emotionally and in terms of not being particularly debilitated.

Jy was hoping for more time, maybe they could have gotten some information that would protect them from Peter, he still remembered the man's tone of voice and how it made him fear for his life. He sighed, if Veeran was confident about giving Adrian to Peter then he guessed he should as well. He saw Veeran as the leader and so what the man said goes.

IN THE INTEREST OF TIME

Victoria is fine. She has a large bandage over her left shoulder.
Cal is fine. His left hand is bandaged.

Adrian revealed that the reason he's been putting more money into Tolemsky's PACs is because he is receiving subsidies from that candidate, and under Tolemsky's administration, Adrian's business received incredibly low taxes in exchange for PAC support and raw chemicals.

Why the raw chemicals?

"My boss knows, alright? He knows everything about the distribution. I just know that if we give Tolemsky some money in PAC, he cuts our restrictions, so everyone wins, right? My boss will tell you about the chemicals, alright? I know who you guys are, you're fucking feds. You're shutting this shit down so I'm just going to tell you that I'm an accountant, alright? My Boss' name is Henderson, and tonight he'll be at the Union Ball.

I've got a ticket for myself and one other person, but the event is controlled-access. Sure if you flash your badges or whatever they'll let you in, but other than the table guys and the cooks, nobody else is allowed in."

Cal's ears perk up at the words "Union Ball" and "cooks."

"Hey, I may know some guys at that event. Old friends, colleagues."

"Go. I'll draw too much attention. I'll take Adrian to Peter myself. Victoria can come with me. Jy, Find Liston."

OOC: I'm assuming y'all still have your little headsets so you'll be able to talk between different areas.

"Alright, but I will ask you to bear with me a bit. I may be able to convince the executive chef of the event to take me in for the night, get a good paycheck. I'll use some of my leftover funds to get a nice clean outfit. Adrian here can bring a guest with him, which should probably be one of us. If we can get in someone else as part of his escort, then we'll have three people on the inside to question Henderson, and you can cover our exit like last time."

OOC: That's right, I did go to a different area in search of booze. Cal is still searching btw.

OOC: Also, with how easy it is to get shot and how big of a pain/likely-fatal it is, we're going to have to be sneaky and fight unfairly from this point on. We need grenades and trip-mines if we want to fight, and otherwise just avoid combat completely.
