Ghroth's eye convulsed and twitched. The rust colored comet-god shook as numerous eyes opened up and each oculus gazed down on the combatants below.

The ground shook and cracked. The water began to seep into them to reveal the ground to be caked in blood and muscle. From afar a pulse of energy shot to the sky, a red column of energy tore into the clouds and through further into cyberspace.

Despite the song undone, the effects it wrought were coming to fruition. Shoggoth swarmers halted, their eyes stopped in their gazes; suddenly drawn to each other as if a magnetic force pulled them in. Their fleshy forms squished together and the eyes rolled inside as more of the shoggoth's slimy flesh merged into one mass. Within a few seconds, the mass opened its millions of temporary eyes, quickly sinking back and forming once more in its amoeba like form, its iridescent black form slithered with alarming speed. It crashed its form against the Black Ace, who itself had wished to strike Shoggoth.

Black Ace cracks his neck. "It's play time, kiddies. Let's see who'll come out in first." Mechanical tendrils rip themselves free from his back, and strike forward to consume the Shoggoth Swarmers by the masses.

In the meantime, Azure Kite continues yet on with setting up the Towers' defenses.

Black Ace's smile never left its half of the face; its tendrils cut through the fleshy exterior that grabbed him and leaped back t safety. It cocked its head to one side as the Shoggoth raised itself high, tentacles raised in the millions and eyes gazed down on its counterpart.

Black Ace lowered his stance and struck at the Elder Things center. The Shoggoth however, had other plans. The tentacles shot towards Azure Kite; the moderator's SoM Orbs fired in response, taking out tentacle after tentacle that came through but in that one advance that the Shoggoth did, there were millions, too much for the orbs to take out.

Shoggoth was successful, the moderator pierced through with hundreds of its appendages. Black Ace cut the lines that held his master and continued to strike at the form.

Azure Kite's orbs kept firing as he himself collapsed the the ground. The turret faded until it completely dissipated into the air. The moderator falls to the floor with a soft splat.

[Azure Kite has been killed. He respawns]

With the swarmers gone, Haru felt safer but as he moved to see whatever was happening, his face paled. The Shoggoth, the amalgam of all the swarmers, moved quickly and ignored him as it passed.

Nervousness took hold as he quaked in his place. The orb of energy that was in his hands began to shudder and become chaotic.



The Shoggoth moved quick, using its mass of tentacles to drag it faster that what was expected of it.

The massive amoeba entity grew in size and shape rearing over Ipman's body like a massive cloth until it its tentacles pierced the soil below and caged the Demigod of War. With a disheartening screech, the Shoggoth collapsed downwards, taking Ipman into its form.

[Ipman was consumed. He respawns.]

Black Ace was just behind the monstrosity, taking shots of his own against it. It didn't try anything that required too much contact as it could prove to be his downfall.

Its prey was moving towards EclairCat and struck launched its tentacles at the Paladin. Fortunately, two beams of light struck at it, causing it to fall over. Blace Ace stopped in its tracks to see Lamiperion's emerging form.

"We need to take that thing out," He said commandingly. "Come on."

Soulfire's clones arrived shortly as well, their flames began to strike at the beast. Grigatsu blew a gale force wind, slowing the monster's movements.

Black Ace watched the teamwork and nodded.

Meanwhile, EclairCat has been chanting the entire time. His mind began to shake; his thoughts uneven and irregular.

The clones felt their power wane but nevertheless continued their assault on the Shoggoth; Soulfire himself was concentrating.

With everyone busy or dead, Goggles was free from his enemies. The GodBot noticed the sniper aiming for him and chuckled. What's that you're going to do?

The golden engravings on Conquest's rifle grew brighter and the rifle began separating at the parts, a bright white light could be seen through the growing cracks as the pieces spread out to give the shot more room, it was getting bigger. Golden Rifle 2/3

Aquila continues to rest and War stands guard, his ears more acute than the rest and he became aware of the ground shaking below them. The mist didn't reach the bluff but whatever was there was dangerous, he had to keep Aquila safe. War keeps guard for Conquest and Aquila, Aquila rests 4/9

Conquest gasped. "I've been spotted," the first rider muttered. Goggles was suddenly in front of him in a matter of seconds.

Greetings, I don't believe we've me-

War slammed himself to Goggles' body, forcing the Godbot to move away.

"You will not harm a rider, Goggles," War stated, his chainblades whirred alive.

Lamitrov is brought back into reality after being surprised by not being able to leave. He turns around scanning the battle field aware of all that is happening. He notices Aquila resting.. "Hm..." Lamitrov appears behind aquila as if he was always there. "Don't think i forgive you" Lamitrov puts his hand on Aquila's shoulder and begins to restore his energy. [Aquila Rests Again 7/9!] Suddenly Hyperion appears behind lamitrov, only to reveal that his clone is fighting the shoggoth. "Sir i suggest we do something about our current situation" Lamitrov responds "DO something about it" Lamitrov sits down next to aquila and turns his head towards aquila. "Hey there Pal" A hole appears next to him and he pulls out a two beer bottles from it. Passing one to Aquila

Hyperion walks away from the resting Lamitrov and turns towards goggles. "Lets see how good you are" Hyperion puts his hand out and a glowing golden spear appears in his hand, the blade being made of obsidian shining brighter from the glowing gold. Immediately another Hyperion splits from the original and takes hold of the spear. The original speaks. "Help them" The clone nods it's head and charges towards goggles and the riders with the spear. Hyperion returns to lamitrov's side and stands guard.
