nah wolverine is just so op that he loses alot, but his win is so op that they don't know how to draw it in the comics let alone animate it, and God knows that no one can fucking choreograph it.

Correct. Mister Mxyzptlk is responsible for Emperor Joker, not Bat-mite. However it is easy for a casual reader to get mixed up as Bat-mite is essentially Batman's version of Mr Mxyzptlk.

Also, Deadpool totally gets his ass handed to him by Emperor Joker. I mean, sure Deadpool breaks the fourth wall and has a hyper-real awareness of comic-book rules and all, so Emperor Joker could literally just materialize a shrinking cage or an iron maiden around Deadpool's body and subdue him.

What about his teleportation device, unlimited pocket/hammer space, and the fact that Emporer Joker managed to be defeated by Superman of all characters? I mean, it was pretty much Deus Ex on their part that he was able to break free of the reality warping in order to break Joker's psyche about existence with no Batman, since they're opposite sides of the same coin. Even if Deadpool is no brainiac, he'd very likely fuck around with Joker long enough for Mister Mxyzptik to get his powers back. At the very least, I'd say it'd be a pretty drawn out event. And I'm not even using the version of Deadpool who gained reality jumping from killing all the Marvel Universe.

Yes I'm assuming fights take place without Plot-induced stupidity setting in. Its a bit harsh to say that Superman defeated him. Emperor Joker refused to use his powers to completely destroy everything because he didn't want Batman dead. He will take no such limitations on Deadpool.

In a fight, we're assuming that Deadpool is trying to take out Joker, and Joker is trying to take out Deadpool. Yes? If thats the case, then there is no way Emperor Joker loses.

Then again, this fight is completely unfair to begin with because we're taking a street level character and pitting him against another street level character who has suddenly gained fucking omnipotence.

I also noticed you said "Superman of all people". I'm not big fan of Supes... but damn son, he is Superman, and he is in a league of his own. The league he is in and the league that guys like Joker and Deadpool are in... they're not even in the same game. Superman can listen to clouds scraping in the sky.
