This one was hard, but I'm gonna go with Rocket because of his combat experience. He's been all around the galaxy so I wouldn't be surprised if he hadn't fought things like Stitch before.

Bowser's slow and has a lot of obvious weak spots. He's also pretty dumb. I wouldn't imagine him winning this if he can't even beat Mario.

This one's not easy to compare. Ness has powerful PSI and has beaten a lot of powerful opponents. However, Quote is a robot built for combat and has high expertise in many useful weapons. Also, Ness's most powerful opponent was Giygas. Ness couldn't beat Giygas normally so he went back in time instead and fought him at his earliest and weakest stage(and even then he was quite a challenge.) Quote fought Ballos, someone who has the capacity to destroy islands, head on. Sure, he got help from Curly, but Ness had help from three other people so I think Quote wins out of experience.

Ash's Pikachu has shown himself to be quite capable and is probably Ash's most powerful Pokemon. If he didn't put so much pressure on Pikachu by making him fight entire Pokemon teams by himself, I think he'd be a great fighter. Django's a human and probably won't be able to keep up with Pikachu's speed and power.

Pikachu may control lightning but he needs commands from Ash, and Ash likes to do the anime thing of hesitating so people can get a faceful of his "Hngggh" face. Django can fire his pistol (or a rifle) and kill Pikachu from a good distance away, and close-up he's the fastest gun in the west. The guy's like a black Bob Munden.

I honestly can't be bothered to use archive.org to fish out the original Wei-En bio page, but if memory serves I understand he has Kinetic Absorption; it is how he is able to withstand alot of damage; in that he is able to nullify the force he gets. Character's also a pragmatic genius in his own right so, I don't know if any of you guys are taking those into consideration.

I thought "hardcore fans" were aware of this tbh

Erron Black - Erron's equipment outmatches Wei's, since he has firearms and grenades, weapons that Kinetic Absorption do little against. (Not to mention that the ability has its limits) Although Wei-En is known to take advantage of gladiator listings, since Erron's not within that database, he can be taken by surprise.

Sakuya - The key difference between the two is that Sakuya can stop time and maneuver in its frozen state, something Ekko would go head over heels in jealousy. Not only that, Ekko accumulates injury with constant use of his device while healing whatever damage inflicted on the maid. He's a street kid with a sword while Sakuya is the head maid (and only fuctional one) of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and her grasp over time is way beyond the scope of what Ekko can handle.

Ash's Pikachu - Normal rats are already hard enough to fight in actual combat, much less one that shoots electricity and zips around.

Ash's Pikachu - @waffles that's kinda flawed bro. Thunder can strike at any range. Pikachu is a relatively small electric rat that's really really nimble. Pikachu can win without him being seen by Django. He'll never see it coming.

The Hulk - I really like Gilgamesh, but he can't really do anything against Hulk, even with his beloved Excalibur.

Bubbles - Mini Superman pretty much.
