What's a cqc spear? If you google image that shit it's a knife and that would make the spear option useless.
Plus I hardly understood what the fuck that even meant.
And even if it was melee that would make the spear even worse.

View Profile true in a death match a machete would be better than a knife, but in different situations such as needing a concealed weapon a knife would be much easier to use.

There's a reason samurai used spears over katanas :)

I used to study and train several different martial arts on a regular basis. As it is I know some brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, boxing, kick boxing, wrestling, and muay thai.

me myself is a silat warrior (indonesian matrial art) , and my coach command me to run about 5-6 km 3 day per week , and i think that doesn't do any shite on my body. so i just focus on sit up , back up , and plank , scout jump , and wrecking target.

View Profile Any martial art training affects your combat prowess/ability. There doesn't tend to be a "better" one, each is different and focuses on training different muscles and very different techniques.
And for the running, conditioning is highly important. It's not supposed to just make your body beautiful or something, it's supposed to build up stamina and help refine the rest of your training. If you expect to just grow lean or something by running, you're probably going to be deeply disappointed.
Also, you never forget leg day, ever.

View Profile well , daily , we should do a heavy pack of push up sit up back up , and scout jump , and 15 minute (with 10 second break each round) 90 degrees legs lifting , 15 minute plank , and 300 kick practice and i was really tired and i think that is more challenging , fun , and more stamina building than a boring run.

View Profile I'd say to see how all that stuff felt if you just skipped running altogether, but I'm pretty sure that would negatively impact your body and your trainer is the kind of person who isn't sadistic enough to let you try it.
Back when I boxed, a lot of guys seemed to think they only needed to train their arms and that the running miles and suicides was pointless time-wasters. I actually did have a coach sadistic enough to let them do only arm and upper body training for a month, then spar one of us who did the regular routine. It was not a pretty sight how much their stamina had dropped down, as well as some of their reflexes.
What I'm basically saying is, don't complain about the training until you can see the fruits of your labor.

Personally I think it depends on your own style of fighting. People have different builds and different preferences. Also the opponents choice of style could really influence what I relied on. I however generally rely on boxing and wrestling.
and what is the most affecting factor of your fighting (or sparring) perfomance?
I was always naturally strong but my stamina was generally shit. I had to work hard to get over getting tired too quickly.
and also have you ever apply your skill in any real life street fight?
Of course I have.

I think Azure already mentioned this but stamina is some of the most important shit man. Running helps build it.
