How does he "see" their ability? What are these "certain events" where he can copy their ability without limit? Is it just whenever you feel like it, completely subverting any weakness he had?

I mean, most bodies are fragile against sharp weapons. How the heck is it a weakness that "bullets don't affect him" though?
How is this a weakness to his heightened senses? You even state that his senses are increased to where they no longer have any weaknesses. Dude. Cmon.

1: You state earlier that bullets don't affect him because he can regenerate it fast, implying it being instantaneous. Which is it? Does he recover fast or slow?
2: Recovering a limb in an hour is ridiculously fast. I mean, it's not Piccolo fast, but it's ridiculously fast.
3: Being sliced limb from limb is his weakness? Cmon. I'm weak to being sliced limb from limb. You're weak to being sliced limb from limb. The vast majority of characters ever made are weak to being sliced limb from limb. And even then, even after being sliced like that, he doesn't die and is ready to go again in a few hours? What the heck is that!?
Seriously man, this guy is really, really overpowered. You should probably do a bit of balancing here and there.

See, copying an ability is one thing. Copying their ability and using it better than them? How is that balanced at all? If his opponent is fast then he can move faster. If his opponent can fly then he can fly faster. If his opponent is able to control atoms then he can do that, but even better? He's already immediately going to beat literally every character that doesn't have a secondary ability to fall back on.
: Dead Body :
Doppelganger is, as you can say "dead" therefore he is immune to pain. This also means all of his 5 senses don't work and he has high endurance and durability.
No senses ,(There's actually more than 5. Fun fact! :D), means he can't do anything. He'd basically be lashing out in every possible direction without actually hitting anything. Unless you mean "diminished senses", which in that case is a totally different thing I suppose.
: Heightened Senses :
Even though his senses doesn't work, Doppelganger has been able to enhance the capabilities of his senses to its maximum point in which a normal human can't do. Like a blind person being able to "see" more than a normal person.
Wait. Wait. Wait. So he has no senses, but he has maxed out senses? Which is it? Does he have no sense besides hearing? Does he have diminished senses and then trades off the rest of his senses to max out one? What!?
: Intimidating Appearance :
Doppelganger's appearance can easily intimidate a weak willed person or for those who has seen him first time, they will be disturbed and might affect their fighting skills.
Fair enough.
: Regenerate :
He can regenerate any damage he has received.

Doppelganger can only imitate his opponents abilities one time. If he "sees" the opponent's ability, he will copy that ability. Those who have secondary powers like Rayze (Dark Step and Soul of the Shadows) have an advantage for he cannot copy that secondary ability. However, there are certain events in which Doppelganger can copy his opponents abilities without limits. Though it barely happens. Also, the more complicated the opponent's ability is the slower it would take him to completely copy that ability.

Ahh. Finally, a very beautiful and well distinguished CC and to think you were like spent most of your time thinking what and what not should my RHG must have. For that I shall give answers to your "questions?" . Hehe..
Here we go:
Abilities:
-Imitate: Ok thanks. :D
-Enhancement: Well, the more complicated his opponents abilities are, the slower it would take him to copy that ability. So yeah. :D
-Dead Body: Hmmm. I will try and re-edit my RHG and make it more clear by what "his senses doesn't work" means. I'll give it to you anyway. The five main senses, hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, and touch (feel) is as you can say off. For a normal human being, it means his senses don't work quite well. Afterall, he's "dead" therefore his senses don't work properly but this is only the 5 main senses. However, the other senses are like his main power point due to the fact his body was experimented and the scientists decided to "play around" with his senses. They kinda like made his senses go fuzzy at first but then enhanced them. For example, in order for him to "see" what is going on, instead of relying on his eye sight, he now relies on what he usually does to "see" things and this is by becoming one with everything in his surroundings. It's like all of his senses are combined to make a certain sense being able to completely sense everything (touch, smell, taste, hearing and sight) in his surroundings. This is the reason why he is mostly standing and staring. He focuses on his surroundings and learning what is around him. (I'll do an animation about this sometime.)
-Heightened Senses: All of it is explained up here.^^

-Regenerate: The reason why he can recover his wound from a bullet fast is because it only does little damage to his regenerative veins. If some veins are shot, the other veins can send out help to heal it. The meaning fast doesn't mean instantaneous. Think of normal human running. Then think of a runner in the gymnastics running. That's the difference.
And the reason why he can't regenerate quickly by being cut off is because his veins are cut off. Yeah, you know it. So yeah. :D
