Mind if I give critiques? c:

First of all, I love the sketchy lineart- it really works well for the purposes of this picture. You also seem to be very skilled in clothing folds (especially on the shirt and sleeves, wow!), and the smokey effects look really good.

However, considering the location and lighting- in an alleyway, with that smoke around, it might benefit your picture if you did more shadows/ had more contrast. On top of that, anatomy-wise, I think the neck and torso might be a little too long, proportional to the head and arm sizes. Also, the jacket seems a little too... flowy? Like, jackets are normally made of thicker, heavier, or stuffed materials in order to hold in heat, but outside of the sleeves, the jacket looks as flowy as a loose cloak, and doesn't have any folds in it.

Overall, I really like your picture! It's so cool, in my opinion, to see RHGs in a non-stick figure form. XD

I wasn't really thinking when I put the background in and didn't think about how it should affect the lighting on the character.
Necks and torsos I have a habit of making too long :/ i'm trying to get over that habit but it happens every now and then.
As for his hoodie, it was supposed to be thin material and his power is making a wind, but i can see what you mean :P

Maybe.. Depends on what you want, also usually when I draw something for someone else it turn out bad and I'm not happ with it so it might take a while for me to make something I'm happy with.
