Not quite, but you have the right idea. Each winner of a qualifier enter, and then 3 with the highest points. If someone wins more than one qualifier (like myself), add +1 to the number who can enter with the highest points.

"Qualifiers are large-scale tournaments which will be recognized prior to happening. DAZ's world circuit is something I'd like to include as a qualifier should it start back up. However, right now there are no other qualifier events. This means the small bi-weekly tourneys are your only ticket into this championship bracket."

*Are FIUs qualifiers? You said large scale then called FIU small so I presumed a qualifier would be a tournament with larger rewards etc
