Both, its sort of a hit list, but every battle Jolt will go through, will effect his life's story.
For example; who ever wins Rhg 1 will effect Jolt's next chapter in his life.

What I think he means by hard light is that the light around him condenses to the point where it becomes tangible, and forms armor around his person.

Yes, Its pretty much condensed light, which styles as an armor piece.

It would hurt a lot trying to punch that wouldn't it?

Yeah, The Hard Light can repell bullets and other physical attacks, but, if you saw the Human Design of Jolt, you can find the vulnerable spots.

When my RHG unlocks his version of that ability there will be only one weak point >:/

Oh, ok, at least your a more Powerful Version to what I got... Congrats ^_^

He doesn't have it yet though...it is gonna be a while before he unlocks it. Jolt might even help him get it sooner.
