Satch and Petrucci are both amazing, I just prefer Petrucci over Satch. Herman Li's not bad, but Satch and JP are better.

Last night was hard, I sat in bed for 30 minutes. My heart was pumping fast, probably because a had a bit of ice cream before going to bed which kept me awake. I did pull on it a bit but damn.

In my humblest opinion Herman Li is a terrible guitarist who suddenly gained guitar god status because his song is the hardest to beat in Guitar Hero (that too is debatable, I still find Jordon harder to beat). If you've ever seen footage of Dragonforce playing live, they don't sound anything like they do on their albums.

Herman Li is so sloppy when he tries to play fast, and at best his playing sounds mechanical and without any emotion. He is nowhere near deserving of a reputation as a virtuoso player.


Also this counts as on topic, because arguing about something as pointless as favorite musicians is a distraction from wanking.
