Kai is able to generate metal blades from almost anywhere on his body, and has minor healing factors. Also he can manipulate the weak in mind to do his will, and he has intense lower body strength and experience in most martial arts. He is incredibly smart and fast, so hitting him is a challenge.
Ultimate Form:Anarchy Wyvern
Kai, when really ticked off can rip out of his flesh and turn into a wyvern (roughly the size of a utahraptor) capable of ripping holes into alternate dimensions so he can teleport. As a side note, he evidently has much more power and speed in this form.

Kai is frail, and is likely to take a lot of damage if you can get a few good hits on him. His blades take a moment to come out, so take this delay to your advantage. Every time he teleports in his Wyvern form, he takes some damage as he cannot control his own power. In Wyvern form, his other stats may increase, but his already low defense drops even more!

Kai was well, different from the time he was born. It was like any kind of education he received was that about murder and death and genocide. The child seemed hell bent on causing bad things to happen, even when he wasn’t trying. As he got older however, he only got worse. By his 14th year of life he had been responsible for the deaths of 27 people. Whether an accident or by choice, this kid seemed to have a curse on him. Anyone around him would seem to drop like a stone whether he wanted them to or not. He had no parents or guardian to watch after him. After not too long he discovered that sometimes his arms would really hurt. He blamed this on growing pains, until one night when the pain became so intense that he shriveled up into a ball and cried. Just when it was getting so bad that he was going to commit suicide, he grabbed what he thought was his self defense knife, until he realized that the blade his fingers were resting on were coming from his arms. He had screamed that night, but then again, he could use this, and use it he did. He became a restless traveler, determined on causing as much pain to those around him as he himself had experienced.

Kai is usually a Pessimist, and tends to try to cause as much trouble as possible. He doesn't really get attached to objects or people, as he is accustomed to loss. He has never truly been raised by anyone of good judgement, so he is immature and a bit of a perv.

Kai is super light skinned with scars all over his body, from where the blades have come out. He looks like he is from the orient, and talks with a deep gravelly voice. He usually wears a tunic and or lightweight battle armor of obsidian and rubies. the blades he summons are made of Stygian Iron and glint with some kind of hollow glow.

Kai woke up to the usual appearance of the city. The cars backed up in traffic, the poor air conditions, the sound of some thief stealing a young woman's purse. Wait, what? He sat up from reclining against the building of brick at his back. Sure enough there was a pickpocket headed his way with a look of desperation on his face.
“Ugh, do the other guys think they can always get away with this stuff?”, said Kai to himself under his breath. He got up, and sighing, stepped into where the thief would be barreling through in a moment.
“Get out of the way!”, the thief barked at Kai, obviously desperate and not knowing who he was asking to move, or what he was up against.
“As you wish.”, said Kai with disdain.
And with that he leapt ten feet into the air, flipped, and ejected his arm blades. The thief was so shocked he forgot to keep running. That was his mistake. Kai hit the ground directly behind the man so hard the pavement not only cracked, but also blew up in pieces. This knocked the man back onto his rear end and gave Kai the perfect advantage. Kai stepped over him and took the purse right out of the man’s trembling fingers.
“You don’t need that.”, said Kai calmly. He then put his blades at the man’s neck, and with one quick move slit both of his major arteries. Behind him the woman caught up, and asked if he had retrieved her purse. But before she could talk any more he extended his hand toward her and shot a piece of steel into her chest. Without somewhat as a look at anyone else, he walked a block away and decided that this was a good spot for a nap, so he pocketed all of the money from the wallet and sat back down to catch the rest of his slumber.
