"What the-" she said when she was suddenly at the top of a roof. She noticed some of the monkey-like beast still with them and she pierced through them with her legs. "What have you done!!" She yelled at the guy responsible for this. But then she noticed how BAD things were for them. None of them can really do something against this enemy, and this guy wanted to hit him with his staff, not conaidering that everyone was yelling at eachother. It was a complete chaos.

She steped closer the knight and yelled at Draou to get away, her danger senses activated the knight was about to attack Draou with somethig but the man kept going on with his attack. She frowned and, going against her senses Vi jumped towards Draou and tackled him away from the knight, then she placed all of her legs in front of her to block whatever the hell the knight was going to attack with "bad ideaa Vi..." she kind of regreted what she has done, but... for some reason she doesn't know yet, she cared about the ones around her.

Magnus watched as Vi was sent flying into the dark staircase. Growling in anger, he turned back to the knight, snorting. "I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU!!" He yelled,
No way am I letting this guy get the better of me again...
Looking back towards the staircase, Magnus sprinted into the darkness to help Vi...

"Yup terrible idea" she thought as soon as the knight grabed her legs. Usually she stops the impact covering her back with her metalic limbs, but this time her body was the one to take the hit. Blood came out of her mouth as she first hit the ground. But the knight had something much worse prepared for her. Hiting her once and again and again, she was smashed against the ground. Her consciousness fading away with each hit. Even tho she kind of regreted it, deep inside her she was haply it was her the one taking the hit and not someone else.

By the time the knight stoped slamming her, Vi could barely see or feel anything. The knight then threw her downstairs along with all the beasts, like a ragdoll she crushed against the horde and finally stoped as she crushed against a wall downstairs.

She felt extremely dizzy, but the pain helped her to don't pass out. She tried to stand up using her own body but some bones were broken and it was too painful to try to move. She'll have to wait a bit for them to regenerate... if the monkey-like beasts don't kill her off first. She could still move her spider legs, but she couldn't exactly see where the enemies were. So she decided to cover her own body with her limbs that way those monsters won't tear her apart too fast.

Draou coughed out from lack of breathing from being pummeled out of the air by Vi. Calming himself and loosening his already beat-up joints, he stared at the knight again.

"I'm... I'm fin-" Draou spits out a bit of blood, grabbing his quarterstaff again and pulling himself up.

Did she just try to... help me? I... no, I can't go back now. I have to do what I promised, even if my will or my body breaks. He is just going to keep coming back over and over... I have absolutely nothing to loose in this life. I'm just a tool... I need to prove my worth.

Draou sprints again at the knight as it is turning, leaning slightly to the side in an attempt to stay out of it's view. Realizing the thing is on a completely different level of power, Draou starts predicting lines... lines of where it could swing. Breathing extremely heavily as he runs, Draou raises his ventilation as much as he can without hurting himself, waiting for a slight movement to tell him which line would be used. He then attempts to rush at these lines, dodging between them until they are too close together to maneuver his body through. He then attempts to time his jump to land on one of these lines, trying to launching himself off it with his quarterstaff. Hoping the knight could possibly understand or even have the same intention, Draou reaches out with his free hand again, straight towards the empty black pit of a face.

"I'm not in fantasy world yet, Meredith!"
Seeing the monster who he had defeated with lucky objects again annoyed Frank.
"Let's send this tin can back to the junkyard."
Pressing a few buttons on the keyboard, H.A.N.K's helmet bottom opened, and a large solid frame, with arms and legs, popped out.
"Combat systems operational."
Two medium-sized armguns slowly popped out of H.A.N.K's arms, both pitch black and fully loaded with bullets.
Running to the staircase, H.A.N,K poised itself for a fight.
"I'll hold the line, take care of that knight."

Cecile manages to make to the foot of the building and park parallel to the sidewalk. A corpse on the hood slides off.

"Don't ask how I did that," the medic breathed. "I don't know either."

She said as she burst through the door. She unleashed bullet hell on whatever creature dared come close to Shield. She gazed at the top of the structure and could hear the sound of gunshots and crashes.

"Now the question is how do we get there while not tiring ourselves on the way up," Cecile wondered aloud. "We're useless to them tired."

Bewildered by Meredith's proposal, Amanita felt like she has no choice. Just hope Meredith knows what she's doing.

"Ookay..." Amanita concernedly agreed, "but don't blame on me if things don't go the way you planned it."

Grabbing the other end of her pistol, she faced the butt of her gun and channeled as much energy as she could in striking it down on the back of her head.

Bulwark stepped out of the car holding his shield up bashing whatever dare came close enough to him and his allies. He looked around, after hearing her speak.
"that's a tough one to ans..."

His sentence cut short due to the radio interruption he had just heard, He looked to Cecile and asked
"so they found a survivor, so are we going to find and rescue the survivor, or scale this tower, and help the others"

Magnus tore through the monsters with ease, hacking through them with his axe, punching them through walls, and goring them with his horns when he had the chance.
Yelling over the cries of the beast, he called to Virachne, "VI! You okay? I can hold them off for quite a while longer, but we gotta get back and help the others!"

Draou stares down into the blackness, one hand holding on to the side of the helmet tightly. As he grips tighter, he hears the noise coming from his side in response to the knight's own grip on his torso. Completely convinced at this point, he grins at the thing while he still can.

"I guess this is the pinnacle of things... Funny, knowing I talk too much, but you kind of do as well." A little bit of blood leaks out of Draou's mouth as he speaks in a raspy voice.

With his other hand, Draou attempts to wedge his quarterstaff between chinks in the knight's larger arm plates and chest armor in an effort to use it as a forced joint to prevent the knight from stabbing him with the gigantic sword once it decides to do so. The moment he finishes moving the quarterstaff, he grabs the medallion with his teeth, ripping it off it's chain as he does so. He then tries to shove his face into the knight's helmet.

Vi struggled to stand up but to no avail, her whole boly was aching and her bones were still shattered but regenerating. She moved herself to one side and actually thought she wouldn't make it through. Until other people came to her aid, she looked up with really tired eyes and managed to see a silhouette. He asked if she was ok, Vi barely opened her mouth to respond but her lungs were still being pressured by the damaged ribs, so she couldn't say anything. She figured that whoever came to her aid, it'd protect her for a few more seconds, enough for her to regenerate and fight back at least.
