Lilith was walking around, watching stands and shop windows, not really interested in anything. That was until they passed a stand with natural jewelry, with shells, and rocks. "Oh, right! Mr.Hara, do you still have that dragon's scale?" She turned her head to Dino, smiling."...Mind if I take it? For research purposes, of course."

As they entered this district, Dino was in awe: the amount of variety that this place had was incredible. Whatever your imagination could have forged, you would have probably found it here. Dino scanned his surroundings with a glitter in his eye, savouring every centimeter of it. He began moving automatically, looking at everything that the kiosks had in display. He limited himself to simply raising his thumb when Nocturn placed his query, as he was way too busy looking around.
Lilith flanked him as soon as he reached one of the many sunglasses stands in the area. But this one caught his eye; more specifically one pair of glasses. They were small and delicate, with round dark lenses and long straight sustains. Dino put them on immediately, and they were a perfect fit. After paying the 2 gold coins to the shopkeeper, he turned to Lilith.
"I don't see why not." he casually said, shoving his hand into his pocket and grabbing the scale, handing it to Lilith.
"Oh and it's O'Hara, thank you."

The stand Nocturn and Matt walked up to had swaths of clothes hanging off pegs. "Who comes?" They heard the clicking of legs. Coming out from the stand was a crab-like spider. She had four legs, two four-fingered hands and two other arms that looked like sewing needles. "Oh hello, see something you like? Or would you like me to make you something?" She walked towards them and stared at Nocturn. "What a pretty metallic color." Her voice was a soft singsong-like whisper. Her fingers traced along his head. "I think you'd look nice in a sable black or maybe a steel gray. I doubt you'd want anything too conspicuous." She looked down at Matthew. "You little one perhaps something more colorful?"

"And what did I say...?" Lilith answered to Dino's correction, raising the scale above her head and getting a better look. "Yup, that will do...Thanks." She put it in her coat's pocket. "When...if, I come back home and run some tests, it will be a neat necklace I reckon...A 'nice'...memento, to have." She approached the stand with the jewelry, and bought a thin, black, leather strap, with a tiny silver buckle to connect both ends. "Maybe I'll find more things like this scale to hang them on it, who knows..." Lilith came back to the group satisfied, ready to departure.

Dino glanced over to Lilith, his eyes now concealed by the glasses.
"You keep saying Hara, lass. There's an O before it. O'Hara. Without it we could be speaking of a completely different person.
His smile though faded slowly as she expressed her desire of creating a necklace with the scale. His mind immediately invoked flashbacks, his right arm instinctively going over his shirt, covering the bullet around his neck. He remained silent and grim for a couple of moments, before turning around and facing the woman straight up.
"Those necklaces bring heavy burdens. I hope you are ready to carry them." he stated, his voice emotionless, but a small note of sorrow was invoked by the bass he had. Without saying anything else, Dino spun around and wandered off, away from the group and into the chaotic crowd.

As Dino kept walking, he constantly heard the voices of shopkeepers trying to get his attention. Some were gruff like Zoz or light and idyllic, the voice of a pretty woman. They all seemed to blur together as it combined with the endless yammering of the customers and other pedestrians, turning into simply white noise for the man to use as background noise while he could think on his own lonesome. The clothing dissolved into colors and swirled around him as he lost focus and just kept walking then he found himself standing in front of a cryptic purple stand, a small tent with a black scarf wrapped around it, covered in golden characters that he couldn't identify. "Come in come in..." A voice drifted out along with incense smoke. "A lot seems to be weighing down on your mind, and your chest. That necklace seems very heavy..." The proprietor was a ghost, an will-o-wisp with a lamp shade on its head. Its blue flamed body coiled on a cushion, the white insides flexing and fluctuating eerily. In front of it was a small table with an unlit lamp on it and in front of that for a customer to sit on, a simple chair with a back.

Dino had zero awareness of his surroundings. Only thing on his mind was the bullet around his neck. That one special bullet, modified over generations and passed down from father to son. A curse that haunted Dino's family for centuries. As he entered the purple tent, his eyes wandered around, scanning the area. The sudden change of pace alerted him, and the ghostly presence immediately put him on the defensive. His right hand was already sneaking towards the Anaconda. But when the entity mentioned the necklace, Dino felt weak and left his guard down. He sighed, pulling his hand away from his trusted revolver and popping a cigarette in his mouth.
"That's true. Metaphorically speaking, of course. Cause in reality it's simply a modified 5.56mm round, and those weight about 2 gramms." he casually stated with a cheeky grin on his face, lighting up his cigarette.

The flames from the lighter turned blue, the same shade as the entity in front of him. "Take a seat. What's the reason behind it?" Its tail flicked like a whip, slashing into the open window of the lamp, lighting a green flame within that began emitting a light lavender smoke. The smoke billowed out and filled the room, hiding the will-o-wisp from Dino's view. The man felt a strange pain in his eyes, like a small sting, then images began creating itself out of the smoke, turning into letters that spelled out, "Somebody Special." The tent's entrance closed and something pushed down on Dino's shoulders, easing him into the seat. "What does that mean... a bounty hunter like you, reserving a bullet... just how is this special someone? Family? Friend? Foe?" It chuckled and sparks cut through the smoke. "The good, the bad, or the ugly?" The smoke changed shape, images of dead bodies began being etched in. "Humans, creatures of the more... special variety. You have had quite a life Mr. O'Hara... but something..." The smoke swirled together to create a padlock. "It seems like I can't see what's behind here... Interesting... what are you hiding Mr. O'Hara?" The incense didn't have a particular scent to it, but in the enclosed space, it swirled around him in thin tendrils, small forked tongues reaching out and tracing across his face and he couldn't help but feel odd, his body began to numb and his mind began to relax and grow more loose.

Matthew looked up at the spider lady. He didn't have a fear of spiders, but there was something creepy about her voice. At her request, he politely nodded his head.
"Well...I was originally going for a hooded cape like Gramps here..." (lacking a thumb, he waved a hand at Nocturn) "...but now I'm thinking about some sort of bandana instead. I'd like a sapphire blue one with silver stripes please! Oh...and do you know Mortal Kombat X? That telekinetic Kenshi guy has a blindfold bandana thing that looks similar to what I want. It has to be long, but not too long."
He spread his arms out as far as they could reach. "I guess this would be about right in length, I think." he said.
As he waited for the spider lady's response, he suddenly got a queer feeling. Matthew looked over his shoulder, and then backed up against Nocturn's leg, still holding his arms out.
"Hmmmm..." he muttered to himself. "Something's...wrong."
He looked up at Nocturn. "I can't sense the water snake I sent after Dino."
Matthew bowed his head, and sent out two water snakes to Dino's last known location. His water snakes weren't usually the ones to get lost. He had to be sure Dino was safe.

"Black would do," Nocturn agreed with the spiderlady. He tried not to show how curious he was to her form. Was she born this way? Like a species? Or an abomination like him? Either way, asking that is rude.
Matthew's worry spread to Nocturn but he tried to hide it so that the kid didn't feel all too grim. "I bet the guy's just lost and took the snake with him," he reassured. The zombie furrowed his brows. What are you doing over there Dino?

"I see no reason why that should linger on your mind so much. Perhaps it's a feeling of not being a man because you couldn't do your forsworn duty?" The smoke waivered and flexed, trembling in the air to some type of odd noise that could only be described as a chuckle. "How childish Mr. O'Hara, you cannot let such things cloud your mind." The smoke turned into the mask of Abra. "Expecially with what you have to face." The mask pantomined laughing, its large smile opening and closing.
The wisp paused. "Someone seeks to disturb us." It flowed to the door and whipped its tail out, sending a magical lure away from the tent for the snakes to follow.
The lady looked at the small cyborg and taking out a measuring tape, measured the length of silk she would need. With the measurements in hand, she pulled out large spools of thread and began collecting them in her hands and then lacing the tip of her other arms which she began to knit with. It was methodical but swift, her multiple eyes keeping track of the thread path and the length of the cloth, being sure to include the silver stripes that Matt wanted. Using her fingers as scissors, she snipped off the stray threads and handed over the bandanna to Matthew. "Now for the man..." She walked back into the shop and then came walking back out, holding a bundle of sable black cloth. She rolled it out then grabbed measuring tape, going through the steady process of measuring out his proportions so that the cloak would be perfect. She began trimming and snipping away and when she was finished, she flapped it out then wrapped it around Nocturn, pinning it at his neck with a simple silver brooch that was a circle that a braided loop goes around. "If you would like something more intricate, I have a wide variety." She pulled out a small box with a display window and more brooches sitting on a cushion. "Any catch your fancy?"

Dino smiled back, leaning back onto the chair and throwing his head back, looking at the ceiling of the purple tent. He gently extracted the last cigarette from his pack and lit it up, shoving the empty carton box back into the pocket it came from. Lighter followed it as soon as it did its job. After one puff, Dino's smile faded away.
"Every one of us has their own dogma. Their own goal in this brief moment of existence, lad. As yours is to be an egocentrical overpowered psychopath with the sole desire to entertain yourself, mine is...that. That is my dogma. The fact that my initial target died doesn't mean it's over. No...there's just a new target now."
Dino took another puff of the cigarette, smiling at the laughing Abra smoke before beginning to laugh on his own.
"Haha...and the funniest thing is that...I know exactly who the new target is. I know about her, rather." Dino finally stated, his laugh suddenly disappearing before the last sentence. His face was grim, almost frozen in fear. He tried shaking it off, smoking some more, before turning to the wisp.
"How much for this service, laddie?" he asked with a tremble in his voice as he pulled out his bag of coins.

"Her?" The will-o-wisp seemed to swirl around the tent and glow. "I would very much like to know this secret her. I would take that as payment." The lamp in the middle went out, and the smoke disappeared along with it. "Tell me."

As the smoke disappeared, Dino regained most of his consciousness. He realised what he had just done and, for as freeing as it was to talk about it, his mission was just that. His. He slowly stood up from the chair and gathered his cross up, throwing it onto his shoulder.
"Sorry lad, can't do. I've already said enough as well. This should do instead." he said, extracting about 50 coins from his bag and dropping them onto the chair. Afterwards his eyes met the wisp, a faint smile growing on his face.
"It's family business. No hard feelings, lad."
Dino spun on his feet and exited the tent, getting back into the chaotic streets of the Fashion District.
