My only critique would be that you shifted between tenses a ton, which messed up the flow for me a little.

Otherwise, awesome job!

I really do like both stories and you both did a great job. But ultimately, I think i'm going to vote for ErrorBlender. Not entirely sure why but something about it seemed better to me. Although I will say Alphaeus's had some pretty parts to it including my favorite with Leikani's Captain Obvious observation skills.

Side question: Was it your intent to have Leikani join/make nice with Nehustan?

No one spies on Nehushtan. The last person that did ended up as Craze's Living Work.

Aquila will get that reference. Chromy might too. The rest of you will have to wait until I add Vi and Craze to my NPC list (or make them my gladiators).

It's funny, because although Elijah could spy on the coils, even my broken-ass bullshit NPCs can't spy on the entirety of Nehustan.

Dozer might try to spy on Nehushtan but he could easily be stopped with enough false information to make him think they're harmless.

Fountain is spying on Nehushtan. At least the less secure parts of it. Do whatever you want with the spies Alphaeus I don't care.

Decks doesn't even know what Nehushtan is.

Meh, yeah.

Because of their influence, you don't have much in the way of records of the negative. Aggressive organizations like The Empire of Sin and the like are pawned off onto The Viktor Group (run by Viktor Gustav, a leading Serpent and potentially my future gladiator) so they would not be connected with Nehushtan directly.

Then again, Dozer is in the know enough to learn about at least certain individuals. I mean, Altaer alone has a heluva reputation. Dante does too, although to a lesser extent.

Well at least you got those two votes. In all seriousness, this is a good fight and it's too bad it doesn't have more attention. If I had to guess, i'd say it was all the Christmas events drawing attention away from this fight.
