How about everyone show their PMs, but they block/crop out their roles on the PM? Hewitt, is this cheating? I'm not PMing anyone, but I did suggest we show our PMs for confirmation about items.

I feel like what Hewitt meant by that is that there's at least 2 of each item in the danganronpa card game that he's translating. There are 18 items in play, how the fuck can there be two of each item when there's just 9 of us and we each get to only have 2?

@Person screenshotting Hewitt's PMs have always been an illegal move. Why even play a game about suspicion if we can just screenshot a PM.

Lmao then what's the point of the game anymore. Hewitt could have just post who have which items here anyway then. Why is this even a question?

I say we calculate the chances of so few duplicates. It may be higher than we think.

I don't understand your question. There is an item DECK. I just dealt 2 of each to how many there are right now.

When a Bojobo Doll is used for example, I will deal a random Item from the deck.

I think what Hew's saying here is that there isn't some limit on the Items-to-players ratio. EVERYTHING will have duplicates, in other words. He's doing the actual card game, and the items have absolutely no relevance to player number...merely to what he's translated so far.

Which means we cannot truly place suspicion on people because of their Items as of right now.

Also, I'm using my Silent receiver tonight. I've got my staff, which can also protect someone.

Thing is, if we protect TOO many people tonight, Kuro's got easy pickings tomorrow night.

Yeah I worded that weird, my bad. My understanding is that there's a deck of items, and in this deck are at 2-5 copies for each of the 18 items. The items we have now were just randomly drawn from the deck, so it doesn't necessarily mean that all the items in play WILL initially appear at least twice because only one of the copies might have been drawn to the players. Like, me having the only copy of Glasses does not automatically mean anyone is lying, because the other copy/ies of Glasses might still be in the deck.

If that's correct, then what Ai and Drizzle are saying, which is that there SHOULD be at least two of all the items in play, is wrong.

So I'm also waiting on the confirmation on whether Hope Fragments are global effects or only affect the holder.

Hew did share his Skype for us to use to try to catch him for questions.

That might make things for faster for you. Or just wait for him to check this.

What do you think? Obviously they only protect the wielder. If it protected everryone it would be too OP.

Also, I have an announcement: Doctornoob1 has invoked his use of the Vise for the Morning Phase.

What does this mean? Basically, if anyone tries to kill Doctornoob1 tonight, Kuro won't be able to kill anyone the next night.

I'm gonna give 12 more hours before Day 1 ends to make for all the questions being asked.

That's a unexpected use of an item, and kinda a waste too. But at the very least it means that he's telling the truth about his items. So the guy is more trusting now.

Alright, have we decided who we are going to use the "Someone's Grad Album" on? (my item)
I'll use it eventually to prove to you guys I have it. Just tell me who you want me to use it on.

Yes. It'd be a ridiculous coincidence if every item already in play had pairs.

The chances you'll hit a traitor a slim to none. I suggest not using it immediately unless someone wants to investigate a specific person.

What else could I do? I knew it was a gamble. Well, at least I got some trust
