is anyone gonna give me some criticism? please do i really need it

It's very stiff. Try to move every joint in every frame. You also need to work on getting more realistic movements.

Also, when you upload, copy the direct link and then we can see it moving here which is easier to cc.

It's not too bad for a beginner, but again, quite stiff. Did you double frame the bit just before his leg extends? If so, that looked a bit weird. There's other stuff like reaction physics that you'll need to learn about later. For now I'd suggest you try simpler stuff like basic movements - walking, running, jumping, etc.

It's ok, but it needs another frame where the back leg isn't quite off the floor yet so that it doesn't look like he's hopping. You need to work a little on the shakiness and easing too.

Ok. You need to work on your stiffness and easing. Also, keep on making sure that you're saving with frame delay 6 and only pressing "next frame" once each time. If that was done with it on 6 then try it on 16.

It's a bit stiff and unbalanced but I liked the tremour effect. There was some good force there.

I think you misunderstood me. Take a look at this and spot the difference.
