I've had this planned out for years.

First, you need about ten men in bullet armour, with ski masks on if nescessary. Also, make sure that under the bank you are robbing, there is a sewer system. Give everyone an AK and a pistol. Bring one vest rigged with explosives.

Second, get in a van, drive to your targeted bank, make sure to target hostages before getting out. 1 hostage per person, this is important, also make sure that you take 1 extra hostage. So you would have eleven hostages. Get out, get your hostages, clear out the bank, except for the employee that knows how to crack the safe, you now have 12 hostages.

Third, get the employee to open the safe, if there are any problems, shoot out one of their knees, until they open it. Once it's open, put all of the money into duffle bags.

Fourth, take off all of your armor and your men's armor, put it on the hostages. You will then have 10 dressed up hostages and two bare hostages. Put the explosives belt on one of the hostages, tape all of their mouths shut, and tie them all together tightly. So now it looks as if your squad of men are tied to the hostages.

Fifth, send the hostages out the front door, and while the police are paying attention to that, escape. Before you leave, detonate the explosives.

Get a hacker, probably two for faster hacking. Power down the electricity so cameras won't record evidence.

I will assume you will have 5 people minimum on you. Have C4 or better a high end laser(there are some but expensive and maybe confidential) which can cut through the vault. Have two rocket launchers with 3 rockets on each just to make sure for a "safe" escape. Have bullet proof armor.

Wear robber masks.

Wear gloves, have a police radio just to make sure for a quick escape.

Bring M4a1 with silencer as well as back up USP with silencer on as well.

When the power is down, if there is a back door go from there, if not then through the entrance but make sure to have 2 buses stolen and park them just beside the bank to block view and for a quick escape. Shoot everyone who is suspicious or doesn't follow orders to get down on the ground. Go the vault with the technician(basically who was the C4 or laser) Have 4 other men with m4a1 and USP guard the entrance and watch out for any person in the bank trying to scheme something up. Get the money, don't leave any traces of DNA, like weapons. Drive off with the money on the two buses.

What happens when the police get to the bank in four minutes?

first off you need 8 guys. purt two on the roof of a building opposite and have them make a zipline from that building down to the roof of the bank. 2 of the left over 6 should kill a bus driver, leaving one to drive the bus and the other to hold the bank up with the other 4. before the 5 left go into the bank they should wait for the signal from the two guys on the roof that the silent alarm is disabled. one of the two on the roof should kill the other one. the leftover 5 now should be holding up the bank, with two of them down in the vault breaking it open. once the vault is open one of the guys should kill the other one. at this time the guy on the roof has gotten down to the bank level to help pack the money into the sacks, and at this time usually some complications arise and make it so there are only 2 guys left. the one guy left (you) should stand back and let the guy with the bus crash through the wall and kill the other guy. after the bus man has finished loading the money into the bus kill the bus driver. profit.
