I second the above, after you save him you run into the door labeled Keep Out where you owned the spy, in that room you find the entire red team have a massive dance party, where you own them all. Winning the round. In the next round you choose to be a spy, instantly dressing up as a red heavy, and go charging to their flag like you are going to guard it. Once you get there, own the other heavy guard, then take the flag and prance back to your base.
