Quote from KitsuneThere are principles in animation. 2 of which are the ones i told you about earlier. Squash/stretch and easing. There are 12 total. The 3rd I'd like to mention is Arcs. Check out the last particle you drew and look at gravity's effect on it. It stops in midair and drops. When somethings pushed forward and up, it moves in an arc. Up, then down in a stretched semicircle shape. The other thing is that as gravity pulls onto these particles they'd gradually go faster.
The interesting thing about art and animation is that the more annoying shit you do the better it looks. going over shit a lot is the nature of it. to make something look good I usually have to run by it a few times :/
I'll practice more then. >:3

Quote from SonoyaFor the first one, I think you should have doubled framed the first 2 or 3 frames. I have no clue what the second one is. XD
Okay . =3

Okay! Update: http://www.truploader.com/view/045843 <- First try on a walk loop. Had a hard time on loops though and the way he lands.
http://www.truploader.com/view/829946 <- I think I'm getting the hang with loops. Now all I need to do is correct the way he lands.

I would suggest swinging the arms a bit more, also try to have him continue walking straight away, it doesn't look very fluid as it is, on one of the frames half of his arm is missing, also try not to have the arms quite so symetrical, it looks wierd, especially when both arms are in the same place as the body, you have the concept down though :)

Woah! That first one blew me away! The arms looked a little dodgy when I watched it frame by frame, but other than that it looked awesome! The second one wasn't as good, it looked a little wierd when he leaned forward or whatever it was when his arms dropped right down, but it was still pretty good.

There seems to be a great lack of the basics unless your doing simple stuff, focus on each frame a lot more. Really try and nail easing in flash. A little tip I've found is select you stickman after he's done his attack (kick for instance) and has just put his foot to the floor. Then use that little square with several dots that on the side and tilt the stickman for the easing effect. But then again I suck at flash so yeah >.>
