Thanks for the submitting hawk. I do have a few concerns though:
I will remind you later but I have to stress that whenever I am put into any collaborative piece that I'm called "MarcK" and not "Kitsune." Kitsune is the gayest name ever and this is the only place that knows me by that (because it's my first forum and no one would know me anymore if I namechanged).
Also I'm a little worried about the round themes.
1. A given character bio, a plot and a location.
EG: (TLTFT V.2 Round 1 – “Indestructible”)
You will be animating an indestructible character who has escaped prison. This character is on a killing spree in the city. He has two weapons: a katana and a gun. His color is black.
The character will enter from the left side of the screen, fight his enemies and exit through the right side of the screen. Cinematics are encouraged as well as a strong feel of power from the main character. Your entry must not contain the escape from prison, only the above mentioned killing spree.
2. A given location or situation and no character development.
A battle in the Colosseum. Gladiators will be designed by you, there are no power, look or weapon restrictions. You can have as many gladiators as you want. During the battle the Colosseum can be damaged, but not destroyed so we keep the continuity of the collab. Be creative! ^_^
First off, are the rounds this year going to be exactly like the ones above, or just the same roundabout sort of thing? The reason I ask is because the projects that i do over the summer are going to be submitted to my university (its a thing where they judge whether I can be an animation student). I can't really submit something that's just "stickfigure kills all AHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAHH". Based on this (if negotiable) I'd like to request that the round themes (if not all, just ONE of them) be as general as possible while keeping the form of continuity for a collaboration. I'll work it out if you can't or don't want to change anything already prepared, it's no big deal, it's just a question of slight convenience and interest to those who would like to have some more creative room to grow their entries off of.
I think I will end up going the factory route. Can I have a character like the factory character and add a little detail (like texture or something) and shading OVER ALL to the simple humanoid shape? I'm just confused at where "stickfigure" ends and "fullbody" begins dealing with hybrids like this. It's your call of course.
Thanks for taking the time to answer these questions Hawk.
Also I'd like to mention that the time range of 10-30 is excellent. I was expecting you to say "1-5 minutes, 5 minutes if you want a good score!!!!" because of the ridiculously timed SPP competition a few years ago. I was considering not doing this, but I can easily pump out a satisfactory 20 second stick animation in a week, not to mention in a month.
edit: Oh and I forgot to mention that I have some really excellent tracks that can work as background music for collabs. When you're piecing things together please drop a pm by if you'd like me to share them. They're mostly trance, electronic something like this:

Something like this could be really flexible for working with timing and matching. It's also really awesome. Death metal and gay metal and "cut my life into pieces this is my last resort" is really gay and overused in stick animations.
edit2: actually this song would be a better example:
