I really don't read or watch a lot of shounen, I don't think I'll be very much help there. If you ever wanna read some shojou though, I've got you covered.
I haven't seen the second season of Durarara yet so I'll jave to save reading that for later, but I did finally get around to watching Kanon, such feels. Totally predictable in almost every way, but a lot of feels anyhow

Well I mean, things like Zetman, Tetsuwan Birdy Decode, Yozakura Quartet Hana no Uta, Sengoku Basara, A Certain Magical Index, Dragon Crisis, Tiger and Bunny, Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge, and Shakugan no Shana then. Not all of those are very good though, but, imo, they're all better than black bullet

Just a warning though, this won't be until later episodes but the amount of forced loli fan service is quite disturbing, well at least for me. Imo it would have been better if they removed the ecchi part when it comes to lolis.

I don't remember it bothering me too much, but I'm sure Raptor is familiar enough with lolis after watching black bullet that he'll be fine

I think you're actually less likely to find an action protag that's just a straight up incompetent little kid, those are usually harem protags. Idk where you've been looking

it's just because I already watched almost 95% of the animes you mentioned and the new animes are mostly harem shits.

Well if you want more niche action anime I can recommend those too. And no actually, there hasn't been a purely harem based anime with a small protagonist for like 4 or 5 seasons or more

Listen to Drone, Kazumi. If you're going to trust anyone to keep tabs on which harem anime had a small protagonist, it's going to be Drone.

Never thought I'd see something go from 4/10 to 10/10 so fast.

I'd have to watch those three before asking for more recommendations. I know there's alot more that I don't know lol :>
