you should be thankful gainax isn't animating it with the state they're in
What state are they in exactly?
Uhhh I havent even started jojolion yet hahah. I actually didnt read the final battle of steel ball run and just spoiled myself. Might come back to Jojo soon since I'm running out of manga to read.
Hewitt! And you were telling me that everyone should read Jojo.
I honestly started to like Steel Ball Run less and less as it when on. It had a strong beginning, but as it went on it started to have most of the problems that I had with Vento Aureo and Stone Ocean. I think Diamond is Unbreakable and Stardust Crusaders still remain as my favorite parts so far.
I'm finishing up Ouroboros and beginning 20th Century Boys. So I might just add Spirit Circle into the mix. Can you at least tell me what genre it is?
It's sort of hard to explain. It's like... supernatural slice of life coming age mystery thriller? The summary makes it sound like Noragami or other stereotypical ghost/spirit manga, but it's honestly nothing like that.
You'll get what I mean when I read it. All I can say is that I walked out of it feeling the same emotions I had when I walked out of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer.
Anybody else here read Toriko? I've been reading it for the last year or so and I've been freakin' hooked on it. It'd be nice to run into some folk here who kept up with it as well.
(Emphasis on read. The anime is total crap.)
I actually hate Toriko. I thought it was alright at first since the art was beautiful, but recently it's completely lost its way and lost what I thought were the aspects of it that made it unique and enjoyable.
