What are your favorite series?
Oh geez. I'v watched a lot of stuff and I don't have a list for any of it, but here are some memorable or recent things... A wall of text incoming!
Death Note (Death note is my bible and Takeshi Obata is my Jesus. Haters gonna hate.)
FMA: Brotherhood (This was pretty unique and stands out from other shonen action stuff.)
Bakemonogatari + Nisemonogatari (Good characters. That's about it really.)
Trigun (Classic. Gets some nostalgia points from me.)
Baccano (Awesome characters and constantly feels fresh.)
Hellsing Ultimate. (Vampires have never been more sparkly.)
Bakuman (More awesomeness from Obata. Don't watch the anime though, read the manga.)
Toradora (Lol, tsundere.)
Welcome to the NHK (Sometimes annoying with the obscure otaku shit, but ultimately pretty enjoyable series.)
Dissapearance of Haruhi (The original series wasn't very interesting, since no character development occurred, but the movie took a whole new turn I wasn't expecting and I remember staying up way too long wanting to finish this before going to bed, so props.)
Angel Beats (I'm not sure what I liked about this, but it kept my attention till the end.)
Hajime no Ippo (Just good old fighting. No magical BS.)
Monster (Psychological horror goodness. Johan is fucking MAD)
Kenichi the mightiest disciple (Basically, anime version of karate kid. Very silly and cliche at points but I still liked it)
Rurouni Kenshin (The best samurai anime I'v seen.)
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (A lot of ridiculous side characters, but at least It didn't make me want to drop it.)
Samurai Champloo (Funny and good animation. It felt very episodic and I really didn't care for the characters or the plot, but the fights and quality make up for some of that I suppose.)
Code Geass (Shit, almost forgot this one. Gave me thrills like death note did, but felt a little stretched out. Great ending made up for that though.)
*Insert a bunch of slice of life romcom shit I'v watched in a day and forgot about in a day here.*
Full metal panic fumoffu (Fun spin off of the original series. I think that I actually enjoyed this more than I did the other FMP stuff.
And lastly Angel densetsu... which is an underrated comedy manga by the guy who did claymore. If you can get past the simple art this is a series well worth your time.
