What are your favorite series?

Oh geez. I'v watched a lot of stuff and I don't have a list for any of it, but here are some memorable or recent things... A wall of text incoming!

Death Note (Death note is my bible and Takeshi Obata is my Jesus. Haters gonna hate.)
FMA: Brotherhood (This was pretty unique and stands out from other shonen action stuff.)
Bakemonogatari + Nisemonogatari (Good characters. That's about it really.)
Trigun (Classic. Gets some nostalgia points from me.)
Baccano (Awesome characters and constantly feels fresh.)
Hellsing Ultimate. (Vampires have never been more sparkly.)
Bakuman (More awesomeness from Obata. Don't watch the anime though, read the manga.)
Toradora (Lol, tsundere.)
Welcome to the NHK (Sometimes annoying with the obscure otaku shit, but ultimately pretty enjoyable series.)
Dissapearance of Haruhi (The original series wasn't very interesting, since no character development occurred, but the movie took a whole new turn I wasn't expecting and I remember staying up way too long wanting to finish this before going to bed, so props.)
Angel Beats (I'm not sure what I liked about this, but it kept my attention till the end.)
Hajime no Ippo (Just good old fighting. No magical BS.)
Monster (Psychological horror goodness. Johan is fucking MAD)
Kenichi the mightiest disciple (Basically, anime version of karate kid. Very silly and cliche at points but I still liked it)
Rurouni Kenshin (The best samurai anime I'v seen.)
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (A lot of ridiculous side characters, but at least It didn't make me want to drop it.)
Samurai Champloo (Funny and good animation. It felt very episodic and I really didn't care for the characters or the plot, but the fights and quality make up for some of that I suppose.)
Code Geass (Shit, almost forgot this one. Gave me thrills like death note did, but felt a little stretched out. Great ending made up for that though.)
*Insert a bunch of slice of life romcom shit I'v watched in a day and forgot about in a day here.*
Full metal panic fumoffu (Fun spin off of the original series. I think that I actually enjoyed this more than I did the other FMP stuff.

And lastly Angel densetsu... which is an underrated comedy manga by the guy who did claymore. If you can get past the simple art this is a series well worth your time.

I watch a bit of anime, not a ton, but I do like some that have been out for a while. Not, like, classic old, but five years or so, like baccano, or haruhi suzumiya.

i'm pretty sure you wouldn't count something you can't remember as your favorite

WAIT WAIT WAIT

So you've seen Baccano, yet you like shit like Boku Tomo, Angel Beats, stuff you can't remember, etc... more? dude, what

also, I'm gonna post my list for the first time cuz I don't give a fuck. I haven't actually seen as much as I may lead people to believe http://myanimelist.net/profile/Pyriegt

I've got 83% with Jombo (and 90% with Jomm as I mentioned earlier)
I saw your list for the first time quite a while ago, and the percentage has been getting lower

also, just noticed that

you have NHK a 6 (meaning you liked Elfen Lied more, LOL)
Gayass a 3 (wow, rustled much!?)
you liked Kanon more than Clannad After Story (u wot m8?)
and think DBZ is a masterpiece

Cool tastes.

I haven't updated that site in a long time, I've been shamelessly watching talk shows and airing dramas.

How did Apollon and Hyouka turn out?

uhh Hyouka I paused at like ep 4.. Most people say it's boring, but I'll watch it anyway.
Apollon is pretty good, everyone who watches it seems to like it

you gotta admit that Frieza being the strongest being in the universe and enslaving planet after planet during his arc, then man-made androids made by some random old faggot being leagues stronger, then every enemy past the cell saga being 100 times stronger than Frieza is pure bullshit. DBZ just became power level madness with the slowest pacing any series has ever seen. They should've ended it a lot earlier and you should be able to feel that they milked it a little too hard. take off the nostalgia goggles bro

I haven't watched it since I was like 8 years old, but the glaring bullshit shouldn't be excusable for a masterpiece- dbz takes itself seriously, it's not like a comedy parody series or something.

i don't even know how anyone could bear to watch it with a brain developed enough to see that the 20 episode fights are kind of retarded

who? and yes, I don't see why I'd assume that any ratings aren't serious unless it's like, BnP. Assuming ratings are real ratings is kind of reasonable, isn't it? FA people are known to love DBZ and use their effects/fighting syle all the time, you know.

what, manchildren? Yeah, maybe for some shit that's far and few between like TTGL. For the majority of series, I really don't see the connection to children. It'd be cool if you actually posted it, but I'm thinking that you're just an ignorant fuck who thinks that since cartoons in America ended up being a children's thing, it's impossible to animated material to be for adults. You don't know shit about anime, obviously. Let me post about something I'm interested in without running into troll attempts. Also, photography is for fucking faggots.
