I saw it when it came out yesterday and it was pretty damn sexy.
in other news, Im really late about this, but I finally got around to watching panty and stocking, and although the overall anime is weird as fuck and the premise is shallow, the effects and overall animation in general are sextastic *o*

The only anime I've seen is Cowboy Bebop, that was by a recent recommendation. It's really good, I can definitely recommend it.

I was dealing with that idiot who pretended to be some sort of elite hacker army and Chunky decided to randomly try chewing me out for whatever reason (I think it was doing my job properly and not letting people act like cunts? Some times you wont like the outcome (as in, you need to change your attitude), but at least you might get unbanned. I was (and still might be) more than willing to let Chunky have his main account back if he would just privately PM me to discuss it and apologize for his behavior. Unfortunately Chunky has once again decided to make a new account to try getting around his ban, so I have to follow protocol and ban this new account (I don't think I noticed it was him until now).

Jombo, mirai nikki is awesome. Good to hear you're gonna watch it. The guy who made the manga started on another one. It's like a cross between mirai nikki and code geass. At least, that's the best way I can describe it.

If you want to start a new manga i would recommend Lupin the Third or even Shugo Chara

I'm really sick of people saying Madoka is the greatest anime of all time and is a perfect masterpiece. If someone says Madoka is 10/10 and acts elitist about their taste, I seriously feel like fucking a nigga up. I really like Madoka and gave it an 8/10, and I own a cheap Homu figure, but it's not THAT fucking good, Jesus Christ. If the characters weren't drawn in the moe Hidamari Sketch art-style, then everyone would've forgotten about it by now. I fucking guarantee that. It was so cool because look! cute moe moe girls are doing dark things and dying and shit! Cool, but that's not a masterpiece. The plot twists were laughably stupid, trying to justify shit with pseudo-science, Sayaka's story was stupid, Mami was useless, they killed the red slut melodramatically, Madoka was the worst and most annoying character despite being the main, OMG TIME TRAVEL SOO COOL was unoriginal, and the ending was a clusterfuck.

But you should watch it anyway because the general consensus is that it's a masterpiece. It seems like most people nowadays have Madoka in their top ten.

I feel this way about Azumanga Daioh too, except I couldn't actually get through watching it and don't like it.

Sounds like a dick. Seems like bake had a shit load of satire addressing the cliches, but whatever. On ep.8 of SAO. I like it, but I wish I cared more about the main. So far my favorite character is the blacksmith chick even though she's kinda annoying. I'm just a sucker for the unrequited love thing I guess.

My school has an anime club, but recently they got a new guy running it, and he's really annoying. He keeps skipping over scenes he thinks are "inappropriate" (like the start of kokoro connect episode 6, or the sword art online scene where Asuna starts undressing in front of kirito) and makes everyone line up and checks them off the member list. The only reason I joined was cause I have nothing better to do at lunchtime at school, but he's starting to get on my nerves.

It's not special. There were just enough people interested in it to make it worth getting a room at lunches and watching it. At my school you can make any club you want if you can get enough people to join.
Also, I mostly go there cause I have nothing better to do at lunch, cause I'm not a sporty person. I've already seen most shows that we watch there, but it's still fun. Also, my dad said I had to participate in at least one school activity, and sitting and watching anime appealed to me more than the school rugby club, or any other sport.

anime clubs in north america are generally really sad, and usually filled with the most annoying types of western anime watchers. I've been invited to at least 6 along with a friend who was in the club, and each has had a group of fangirls who are only interested in romance and yaoi and the sexualization of every anime and anime character ever, one or two obnoxious elitists who mock everyone else for their tastes and do their best to look knowledgeable, and one or more quiet and shy kid(s) that snap at you if you try to be friendly with them.
