I think the important questions are whether he actually uses more than one of the accounts and whether he caused any issues aside from the multiaccounting. I mean, I have multiple accounts but I never use them.

Edit: looking at it I think he only intends to use Loki. I'd say leave the other accounts banned and let him back with that one. But if he makes another account ban him for good.

Only the person who did the banning or an administrator can unban a user. This is in the handbook thread. If you disagree with the ban and cannot convince the mod that initiated the ban to reverse it, you are not allowed to do it anyway. The only time it would be acceptable is if you contacted me or Stone about it, and we agreed with you and gave you permission to reverse the ban (or did it ourselves). That being said, I'm okay with you unbanning only one account for that user only if that person understands that under no circumstances is it acceptable to make a new account unless you are using it to discuss a ban in private with an admin. If he wanted to change his name he can contact Stone or someone who's willing to do that.

Techmaru and his related accounts have been banned permanently.

Originally I banned him because for the second time in a week he lost his shit at me for no good reason and made a bunch of threats, the first time I warned him to calm down or I would remove him temporarily to give some breathing room to him.

When I initiated the ban this time, he PMd me a few minutes later from another account that had many posts on it, from the same IP. Further investigation reveals that he has about 3 active accounts.

I would like to see what exactly he said and did. Not for proof but for interest.

When I started playing with my post style, I was seeing what functions I could write to mess with other aspects of the forum. One of those tests was randomly assigning a cat to other pictures in the forum. This is absolutely harmless, and pretty much everyone thought it was funny and made the forum a bit more interesting. That wasn't my goal, but it's worth noting. At some point in the chat thread, techmaru decides to be a party pooper with this comment:

This, to me, is insulting, demanding and self-centered. Instead of being an asshole about it, I jokingly replied with, "yeah thanks for the tip, guy with the pink animated pony for an avatar". This was a roundabout way of pointing out how it's difficult to take him seriously when he's outwardly part of a cult known for liking something arguably immature. There's nothing wrong with this, but it's kind of a double standard and isn't needed. Anyway, he then proceeds to blame me and get angry about issues with the forum that are only affecting him, as if it's my fault:

I had no idea what he was talking about, so I jokingly replied, "I thought you would get a little over loaded at how immature the forum is so I made it a little more monotonous just for you". I had seriously not done anything. To recap:

- Insults
- Threats
- Demanding
- More insults
- More threats

Meanwhile through all of this I'm poking around in code not even paying attention to the chat thread while he badmouths me. As an administrator, it's ridiculous that I am apparently not allowed to defend myself and put up with people being assholes at me. The rule about not insulting staff is there for a reason, I find it difficult to do my job through gritted teeth as children natter in my ear about how I'm ruining their lives for something I didn't do.

We talked about this afterwards and I was not satisfied with the results. I had warned him about acting out like that against me for no reason at this point. Now today, he's decided that I'm being mean to his friend, and once again he pulls the same insulting, demanding, threatening and condescending bullshit he did before. I got a PM threatening me with demotion from stone and crazy jay.

Techmaru has openly stated in the past that he hates this forum. So, along with everything else, I don't see any reason to care about a member that doesn't even like this place.

NrgFA is banned for having many multiple accounts, and using at least one other actively (kai kai).



You can tell they are the same person otherwise due to the lack of a space after commas on both user's posts.

Alien has a 7 day ban for harassing other members and freaking the fuck out.

EDIT: 1 month.

MaTcroFoe has been permanently banned from the forums and IRC for being a relentless pain in the ass, harassing other members, being generally childish and unwavering in his doucheness, and actually threatening and following around another member while asking for their skype and generally making them uncomfortable.

EDIT: Note on IRC he was going by Chain at the time of his ban.

Rumble has been banned due to exceeding his infraction limit.

Little bastard had me busy with a few other circumstances.

Yeah, the guy's been up the sections causing trouble; sometimes purposely.

I'm pretty darn sure this is DARKRIZER, that guy who went on a mad spamming spree and refused to follow the rules, then tried to evade his ban with a new account, which he gave away his name on (which I infracted for 20 points for trying to ban evade). Now, he's made another account and decided to PM me this, which I replied:
