The hulk would dig his way up out of the core. Hulk's strength is an increasing function of how pissed off he is, it would only be a matter of time before he was raging hard enough to bust through several layers of Earth.

Also, the hulk isn't so stupid he can't remember WHO pissed him off. There are also different manifestations of hulk, including one as intelligent (or in some circumstances, more intelligent) than bruce banner himself. Again, see gray hulk.
