I went ahead and changed the title because this thread was going to be inevitable. Rather than repeatedly binning advertising threads for shit, let's just all try to be civil and discuss things here. If you throw a shitstorm fit about which place is better or some shit, I will bin this thread and ban any further such threads from being made. ~Mecha-Hewitt

A more worthwhile name open for discussion would be something like "What are your thoughts of Hyun's Dojo?"

In fact, I don't mind making it right now. :)

So it has begun, but I'm not as enthusiastic as I was when I had much more time to burn. I'll register late in September if I get around to working on some flashworks I'll showcase.

It overall looks great and I love the idea of it. I am quite sad to see the plethora of stick figure animations on the site though.

YEah I agree, but I dind't see Turk's FB League anim there. I think there is two or three full body animations. It's not like there's anything wrong with it, but i'm sure when actual full body animator's come and look at the website, they're probably going to think it's just another stickpage.

Fluidanims made Stickpage bigger
Stickpage was born before FA
FA was born 4 years after SP, then it got bigger than SP
Hyun came from Fluidanims then tansferred to SP
Hyun made the Hyuns dojo
Then we all here from FA and SP got used to stickfigs
Now Hyun's dojo is still like SP, but more formal imo.

Well we were/are supposed to have a portal. This website was more popular when we did. When we lost the portal that's when all of those other websites began to pop up. It ma have happened before considering our portal sucked.

A lot of people didn't like the crowd around the general sections and a lot of the elitist animators back in the day. Regardless of being at SL, TAP, or FA, they always came crawling back to us for the money :)

Actually Fluidanims has also been around for quite an amount of time as well, haha. It was originally RockHardAnims, a stick figure community founded around 2005, I believe. I'm not sure what the actual date was, but I'm quite sure it was around 2005.

RHA became Fluidanims in 2006. :D

Oh yeah I remember that. Damn that was a long ass time ago.
