And am I allowed to do rematches? Like for example, if me and a friend had a battle when we were both new to it, and we wanted to fight again when we both get better to see who would win again? And if we can, how many rematches can we have?

As many as you want. I would assume you can fight anyone, anytime as long as both parties agree to it. I've seen many people have rematchs before, but again, I may be wrong, so correct me on that if so

your character, although not really that original, is admittedly conceptually pretty cool. But, you didn't follow the format in the rules. Also, you just insulted the mods (one of which, by the way, before locking your thread posted exactly what the problem was and how you could have fixed it).

I made a thread of my RHG character yesterday,but I still have not received any message telling me that it's locked and I need to make changes,nor I see my character anywhere in the forum....(I dont know if the last thing actually made sense but I hope you get the point)

You don't see the thread because you most likely didn't post it. Your post counter would have been 2 if you had posted your thread before. And the whole locked/unlocked thing isn't instant because the mods haven't gotten to it yet.

It showed me that my thread was posted but when I searched I didnt find anything....

It said something about it not being visible until the admins do something with it or something like that.

You cannt see your post because your post counts need to be more than 20 posts (i think?), a lot of animators had this problem too.
Just be active on the forum and it might pop up, or if you dont want to post, just ask a RHG Section mod to get it for you.
