Exaggeration doesn't make that any less wrong. Here's why:
-After forcing Ahri to use her ult, she loses almost all of her kill potential until it comes back up
-Other champions with mobility can follow her to try and finish her off within the 3 seconds it would take her to ult back.
-After Ahri's ult is down the jungler can easily come back a second time and nab her while she has no mobility and her opponents still do.

Also, mobility being fun is a large reason why people prefer Lee Sin and Ezreal over Sion and Miss Fortune.

Malzahar is pratically the mid version of urgot: a champion almost nobody plays unless it is in free week rotation
His abilities make him push lane too much and has no escapes at all
If you get a nautilus as a jungler he's doomed
