Carry a vision ward on you and use it if he tries to escape death or at an important moment. And don't go for a trade if he lands his splash thing/W on you.

Twitch is strong in prolonged skirmishes, since his passive melts down the opponent. As such, your focus against him is to poke him down, so that when you engage he can't survive. Good ADC against him are those who have or a better range than him (Caitlyn, Tristana, Jinx...) or hit-damage steroids (Draven, Quinn...)

About his Q, there are some ways to counter it:
-As Devour said, vision wards. However, if you think to not place it strategically in bushes but instead to use it in fights, don't blindly depend on it: Twitch mainly stealths for engaging, since if he's hit he stealths slower than the usual, thus putting a ward after he engages is not always that useful (if things go bad, he can actually destroy it)
-Normal wards in the bushes. If he tries to use stealth in a bush, you can notice it and thus back off or counter-act
-Always be ready to retreat when near Twitch's tower. If you don't see him and he's not dead, he might be stealthing behind his tower to attack you. Thus, always keep a good distance from his tower
-Champions abilities. Caitlyn counters not only his passive but also his Q: by placing traps around, you might get him. Also, a good jungler against him is Lee Sin, since he's the anti-stealth champions par excellence
-Trinkets. Oracle's Lens reveals him

A lot of champions have tributes to other things in their animations, they're just easter eggs that are put in depending on what is popular during the release.

Usually it makes at least some sense for the champion, though, like Nasus's Snoop Dogg dance, Ashe's Alizee imitation.

I like the way that they're taking champion design; giving players great strengths and fun-to-use skills, as well as good weaknesses that can be played against. It'd be nice to see them rework Taric, Sion and Urgot into something playable as well
