I enjoyed The Force Awakens a lot but it wasn't what I was looking for and wasn't written that well.
Honestly I'm not as excited as everyone else seems to be. I think it's just a money pit more than a genuine attempt to continue a series that was already concluded. I'll find out when I see it eventually.

I think I feel the same way about it. Also the fourth episode (which was the first I saw) left a... bitter taste on my tongue. Was that it? Was that a great movie? It was okay but not great. The only good aspect of it was Darth Vader (of course) who was way greater than I thought he would be. But the rest of the movie was kinda meh. It was kind of childish, like, cartoon kind of childish. I haven't seen the other movies and I do not intend to see the prequels.

Yeah but what isn't that these days? Everything in hollywood right now is made for the sake of money :/ Not only movies, almost everything else is made for money
There are some exceptions. There are some movies made to tell a good story, or just for love to art (not in hollywood tho). But to me, there's no difference between the new star wars' movie and the whole avengers saga ( referring to the fact that both are movies made from successful previous sagas and that they're only taking advantage that people will go see it even tho they feel there's a high chance to get disappointed, just for the sake of fanaticism)
I'd love to see a movie like the from times we used art as a way to actually say something to the world, something that needed to be said, and not just because We luv Movies :P
Reach was garbage. They constantly built up a good engine and then decided to completely redo everything about it for Reach. Reach did not add skill to Halo, it took skill away from the game and closed the gap between competitive play and casuals. Halo 4 did the same exact thing except they closed the gap even further, and I haven't even played Halo 5 for more than ten minutes because of how much it doesn't feel like a Halo game. And honestly, the games wouldn't even be that bad if they focused more on the competitive play when it comes to multiplayer. Reach is a perfect example of not doing that. They literally cut all of the multiplayer maps from the campaign, which means they weren't even designed specifically for multiplayer. Even if they were, it's like shipping a game with ten different variations of High Ground from Halo 3. Hell, Last Resort was more dynamic and was a much better map than anything from Reach. Even Halo 5 feels like GoW, CoD, and TitanFall all gang raped the shit out of Halo 3.
What was skill in Halo 3 and Halo 2? I've been playing since the release date of Halo 2. Go to any Doubles match in Halo 2 or Halo 3. 95% of the time, the primary weapon will be a power weapon. That's not skill to me. And, I think They're an important part of the game, but absolute reliance on them is absolutely common in the earlier Halos and will trump a person with great accuracy any day. And I'm testament to that. I played Halo Reach as MLG for a little bit and still play with MLG players a lot.
Here's a guy I played a few times and fared alright with. I still lose to generic noobs in H2A and H3. There's a clear difference between a player who clearly knows what he's doing, and a guy who can stand in one spot (aka Ivory Tower, Ascension, Narrows, etc.) and rake in points. I think it's the exact opposite. Halo Reach broadened the gap between skilled players, because there's a pretty big difference between players I find in H2A and H3. And again, it's not like I'm new to the game either. I just don't find the appeal in a game where you can win independent of how you play. I've won 25-0 Doubles Matches on Ivory Tower because there's literally more sniper, rocket, and shotgun ammo than you can even carry.

Well I had a choice. It was a women's fellowship so if you went there, the only men would be me, the pastor and 2 husbands and I'm not much of a food person (I don't eat much, I'm very thin).
