I still think the character is a bit OP, what with being invincible and having complete and full regeneration, I've always hated those abilities.
What would happen if your character was against someone like the Handyman, someone who likes to break your will. When this character's will is broken, what's to stop him from using full regeneration then?
Like GT said, if it was some form of enhanced regeneration it would be fine, but having complete healing is stupid. Super-man-esque amounts of power (I hate super man, there can be no character development is the character is already perfect).

And what about a "new moon", where the moon is completely dark, would you still be able to draw your power from the nothingness?

Darkness usually overrules light, dark attacks SHOULD be more damaging than most other attacks, would make for some nice analogies and plot as well (even if a bit cliche).

I'm not even going to bother reading up any of what has been said, but if your wRHG has 11 pages, that means you either did something terribly wrong, or you did something extremely well, and I'm not under the impression that it's the latter.

But, since I'd rather refrain from leaving a negative impression, I wish you most of luck in the future :).

I'm gonna have to ask Matthew to clean up the tenth page that he referred me to. It was just quotes from GT and him rebutting and accepting things.

Matthew, make the list of his abilities and limitations clear and concise and we'll get to it quicker. For now the tenth page is just you accepting this, rejecting that. Make clear list of the revisions on your power/limits and we'll see from there.

If he uses light, wouldn't he be Darkness' bane?

Matthew... I have to agree with the majority here. Your character is overpowered. Venox and Nightwing probably aren't that perfect either, and I'd probably need even more CNC on them now (given that there is this "wRHG decided by the people" thing" which I think is awesome.).

Overall, this criticism is for you to make your character even better! What's not to love about that? Take the WL for example... My work and those of others are there to be sorted through by people in order that we might excel at what we do.
