Maybe tree could have health upgrade?
And then for later game, have an upgrade that spawns air units for tree?
I'm not really sure tho, it would make things very easy for ele to micro. But tree does have the potential to be a late game unit with some buffs
Why do I see not see many albows?

Sounds complicated.
If someone could give a detailed layout of what they foresee it to be in entirety maybe it could come to fruition but for now tree shall remain the boss it is.

I agree Tress struggle late game their beast early medium thou. maybe a new spell or as kaito said maybe the tress could spawn the units with wings and with better health or something or maybe the treater could take a more direct role its self

If you make the tree the center of ele gameplay it could give ele a few cool options. It would also make things a lot slower and it would be harder to pressure into elementals than it already is.

This is why I'm now leaning towards the idea of focusing the Tree as ele's late game unit to be comparable to Giants, and liberate ele from tree macros in early game to pursue more micro and counterplay related macros with Charrogs and ranged units instead (provided a few changes to those are made to make them viable).

Quote from SkeletonxfSo how would Tree as Giant work?
Some sort of combine cost and then loads of Tree buffs?
Buy an upgrade, give it feetsies and then (now an ent) walks around, stomps on things and spawning the scorpions

HELL YEAH
Upgrade for 300 gold 300 mana upgrade unlocks Growth for trees
Select tree, use Growth for 900 gold + some mana (not sure what would be good)
Tree grows into almighty tree giant, spawning one scorpling every 10 seconds but has way less damage via its own attack compared to other giants.
Something like a better drawn version of this

if tree giant is a legitimate idea, then at least make its mana and gold price crazy. ._.

It would be?
150 + 350 + 900 per Giant Tree would be 1400 gold, there would be the upgrade as well so 300 more gold for the first Giant Tree, and mana costs for the Growth on top of that would mean Ele can't just bring out 4 giant Trees like it brings out 4 normal trees.
I actually think this would really help out ele, giving it two different tank units will allow Trees as a response to Giants lategame and Charrogs to be worked into more early game responses to spears.

giants vs ele... gross. as a further upgrade tech this sounds interesting

Trees on an albow thread.... really??
ON TOPIC:
Albows are slow. That is why. Speed returns more power in less time.

What would you do Wyz or what ideas do you have WyZ

A tree-ent upgrade would be pretty cool... it could maybe toss units (save giants) of order and chaos... and it could summon smaller trees (that don't spawn scorplings) like ents... that would definitely make some dynamic gameplay...

albows could stand to have a faster que

if albows get buffed ele needs a big buff
they suck enough against ranged and if you don't stop albow spam early it's hell to deal with later
